ya, he wanted a wax stamp or something I tried to incorporate all he wanted... didn't get everything but close enough, I also gave him the full editable file so he can change the year, as well as leaving it open for him to make later changes if he wishes.
took me maybe 3 hours most, cuz of the extra stuff i tried to get in... hope you like it!
