You are not supposed to open those... Be careful. I forget if those can build up a charge. also, most of the screws may look the same, but they're different. try to keep them separate.

The power light, I'm assuming on the motherboard, not coming on, may mean the PSU (Power supply) could be dead. burned out. plus, it's old.

and remember, if something doesn't slide back in nice and easy, chances are it's either backwards, or doesn't go there. Everything inside a computer is indexed, or it's shaped to only go into the right connector, and only one way.

Yes it is. I was fooled by it when I got it I thou it was an early 2000's. because of the size and small weight. It is actually very light. Too bad piece of shit aint working
