Hoops have been painted! Meaning this tail commission is completely done now ^-^
Super happy with how it turned out! The hoops are rose gold painted plastic and can be removed from the holes in the fins, the black bands are made of vinyl and have button snaps on them so the bands can be taken off as well if wanted! It is also a floor dragger and is about 4 foot long :)
