Havu is a young but exceptionally talented police officer lynx, who has devoted his life to serving the law without question. He has a reputation of a hardass and seeing a smile on his face is a rarity. To him, catching criminals is as easy as mass producing a light bulb, with the exception of Jinx. To this day Havu hasn't managed to catch him permanently, and putting him behind the bars has become an obsession to him.
