the animals of the jungle snored as banzai and ed walked up to them. "hey, wake up.' said banzai to a sleeping reirei. she opened her eyes to look at banzai. in her sleepy state, she thought banzai was a huge tiger. she shrieked, causing the other animals to wake up in fits of screaming. "hey! calm down everyone! it's just us!' exclaimed a surprised ed. "i think i just wet myself.' said dogo. "ew gross!' said Kijana with a disgusted look on her face. their brothers giggled when they heard this. "don't ever do that again! carnivores! they make my skin crawl.' yelled reirei at an amused banzai and ed. before banzai could open his mouth, winston the elephant came through the trees. "what is going on here?' he trumpeted. "i was in the middle of a lovely sleep when you ragabonds woke me up with your ungodly shreiks!'
"sorry for causing trouble but has any of you seen shenzi?' asked banzai. he was worried since last night.
"wasin't she with you?' asked a confused snarl. "she was, but she disappeared when i was asleep.' said banzai. suddenly, they heard a laugh from the trees above. they all looked up to see two cheetahs on a branch.
"you won't find her here, young one!' called one of the cheetah's. "the queen has returned.' said the other before curtsying.
"what on earth does that mean?' asked a confused winston to Bhati. "i have no idea.' said bhati. all but banzai and ed were confused. banzai and ed however realised what this meant. "i can't believe it. shenzi's gone back!' exclaimed banzai.
"gone back? where to?' asked reirei. she then noticed that the two cheetahs on the branch were gone.
"hey! where did they go?!' exclaimed kijana. "who are those funny characters?!'
"shenzi's gone home to face kazumi!' explained banzai.
"who?' asked dogo. "kazumi!' said ed to dogo.
"who's got a kazooie?' asked goigoi. "no! it's her aunt's name!' exclaimed banzai.
"the cat is her aunt'? asked bhati. "NO!' yelled banzai. "shenzi has gone back to challenge her aunt to take her rightful place as queen!' all the animals stared in stunned silence before finally getting it. "oooohhhh' they all said in unison.
banzai and ed started to head off in the direction of the clan lands. "hey! where you going?' asked reirei.
"we're going to help her!' called banzai. "you guys can come if you want too!' called ed.
the animals stared at the two brothers as they rushed out of sight. an awkward silence followed.
"well, if shenzi needs help, then i'm going to help her!' said winston. soon all of the animals start to follow winston one by one, leaving a flabbergasted reirei. soon her family and snarl started to follow the others. "hey where are you all going?' cried reirei. "shenzi needs us mom! she'll need all the help she can get to fight the crazy aunt.' said dogo.
"dogo's right love. shenzi is family to us.' said goigoi. "well let's all go crazy! yelled a flabberghasted reirei as she followed her family.

meanwhile, shenzi ran across the desert as she raced back to the clan lands, to face her aunt and to take her rightful place as queen.
