Old-fashioned banana cream pies are no-bake. The crust is graham cracker crumbs, held together with butter, and the filling is cooked separately. Must be one big saucepan, though, if that's an old-fashioned pie filling. Here, have a recipe:

Yep! In my case, I had to know, since it turned out my Nana's banana pudding recipe was basically the filling for a banana cream pie, cooked in a Nilla wafer crust and topped with a meringue. (I still can't get it right, though -- I'm horrible at separating the eggs, and that's important for meringue.)
