Since Misaka had all those Misaka clones, with Misaka worst being a bit older, why not have a Misaka best? whos already 18 and takes a lot after Misaka mother,
plus some boosts because why not, Misaka best wwould also be hook into the Misaka network to maybe help boost misaka "little sisters" and Misaka Last Order development.

Now thats some Misaka fanfic material, wonder how Misaka would take all this, specially with Misaka Best wearing Misaka uniform
