A mystery of a man, with strange pale green skin and devilish yellow glowing eyes, he hides behind an iron mask to commit dirty deeds across the streets, reining form Europe to the US, and even bordering Canada on the rare occasion. As far as his murders go, that gives him a bad image, considering he's also quite the poet, presumably graduating from oxford university with honors in literature and philosophy.
