What's up, FurAffinity. It's me again, Dante. Here's my fursona/main character's former best friend... now bitter rival.

Hair Length: Medium, like Raiden's with bangs in the front but is usually slicked back and spiked somewhat. However, when his hair is down, it looks like Raiden's. Will sometimes have it up in an afro or jheri curls.

Demeanor/Personality: Passive/Self-defensive, not really the type to let emotions take over. Will still fiercely protect those close to him(or if he feels like it). Most often quite serious. The cool(cold is more like it though), calm, and collected type. Sort of stoic and maybe a little arrogant.
Sexual Orientation: Bisexual(though he won't freely admit to it, at first)
Marital Status: Dating, boyfriend of Izzy.
Occupation: Delivery Driver/Mechanic-In-Training, when he’s not moonlighting as a Vigilante. (:P)
Regular Attire: Shades(normal/black-tinted, worn quite often), silver chain necklace and winged skull pendant, black leather trench coat with red lining, blue muscle shirt/t-shirt, black pants, boxers/fundoshi, black leather gloves and black bulletproof tac vest(usually when wearing his trench coat), and black combat boots. Sometimes, he'll also just wear a blue/purple button-up shirt with the sleeves rolled up for casual dress.
Dress Attire: Blue casual suit with black shirt and black loafers or a white tuxedo with black shirt and purple bowtie.
Distinctive Markings: A vertical scratch on the right side of his face, from his forehead running down to his cheek and over his eye, a few other scratches on his arm, bite taken out of left ear, and cropped ears. He also had recently gotten some ink of his own, as encouraged by Raiden and Izzy, a dragon yin yang tattoo on his left chest.

Dislikes: His father, Raiden(his rival), ignorance and ignorant/intolerant//weak/disrespectful people, bright sunlight, being bothered, most Rap in general(he can tolerate some Old School rap though), firearms(he deems them unhonorable but he still knows how to use them and will do so if the situation calls for it... besides, he doesn't seem to mind powerful revolvers too much for whatever reason), and a lot of other things.

Detailed Abilities: Expert Swordsman and Archer/Marksman, Excellent Combatant(hand to hand and armed, though he prefers melee to ranged most of the time as he finds it more honorable), Experienced Trash Talker(lol), Master Manipulator/Negotiator(IF he feels like it…), knowledge of auto mechanics/repair(thanks to Izzy), Medical Knowledge(thanks in part to Izzy’s mom), limited hacking/science, very fluent in German and Japanese along with English(also learning Spanish from Izzy), various survival/tactical knowledge(especially urban and island), and Exceptional Violinist, he also has a knack for playing the piano and harmonica(which he carries one on his person quite often) and rarely (when he has to or when no one else is around except Izzy and her family…) a decent singer.

Bio: He was born in the same town Raiden was. They lived in the same area, only his story is even more traumatic. He was born to an abusive father Viktor von Klaus Knightblood, who used to beat him severely and talk down to him(amongst... other things). His mother Sakura Yamamoto suffered the same abuse, if not worse sometimes. He cared greatly for his mother, as she did him and they often feared for each other's lives. One day, he met up with Raiden. The two had quite a rivalry at first but they settled down and became very good friends. He had met Raiden's parents and took a liking to them as well. In fact, Raiden's parents thought they were so close, they could be brothers. For a while, they were like a second family to Marcus, even after his mother had ran off so suddenly. A few years later, Marcus found his mother out on the street one day. After reuniting with and confronting her, she explained why she had left. Not because she abandoned him, but in fact had run away for while to get away from his father but would come back for him when his father wasn't around. After talking things out, the two embraced and parted for the time being. However, the night she did come back for Marcus, they had not known that his father would be waiting for them. His father had grabbed his mother, thrown her onto their bed. He then began to beat and rape her viciously. After he was done, he had taken his Japanese sword and impaled her through the bed, killing her instantly and soaking the entire room with her blood. He had watched this entire nightmarish scene with his own eyes, just before his father shot him in the shoulder with a nearby handgun... powerless to stop it as his father taunted him. After several hours of mourning for his mother and bleeding from his own wound, he became furious as he became filled with even more rage and hatred at his father. He then confronted his father and savagely attacked him in vengeance of his horrible deed, doing quite a bit of damage and sending him through a window, knocking his father out as he laid there bloodied and beaten. After that, he packed up whatever he could and got out of the house as fast as possible. He then started living on the streets in a small abandoned house, hoping his father wouldn't come looking for him. Fortunately, so far, he hasn't(however, he has since became a major crime lord and possibly seeking Marcus again all in the shadows). A few days later, Raiden's mother died and Marcus found him grieving. Marcus, now devoid of emotion due to the recent events, told him to 'stop acting like such a baby' or something of the like before proceeding to insult him further. They then got into a huge fight, both injuring each other quite a bit and becoming bitter with one another. After living on the streets for a few more years, he met up with Izzy and the two became friends. She introduced him to a few of her other friends which included Sonya and Raiden. The girls had to keep the two from mauling each other but things settled down, eventually. After a while, he and Izzy became boyfriend and girlfriend after confessing their deep feelings for one another. Marcus at first, was shocked to find another person who cared about him so much, but deep down, he realized he felt the same for her. They've only grown closer since then. He often visits Izzy's house daily and Izzy also got him on as a mechanic-in-training at her dad's shop(she trains him). Recently, he was asked by Izzy if he wanted to live with her and her family. He greatly considers the request. UPDATE: He does now live with them in their pool house around the back. She and her family continue to this day to educate and rehabilitate him as well as his faith in humanity.
