Mr. Kokuhane always draws the picture.
Because I am very glad, it returns it.
The child of Kokuhane doesn't look like. It apologizes.

Don't be rude. He's not fluent in English, and he uses machine translation. In the context he's speaking, the Japanese language doesn't use any particular nominative pronoun (in linguistics it's called "pro-drop", and Japanese does that a lot), so the software translates it as "it", unable to intuitively know that he means "I".
um, that wasn't being rude. i wasn't being derogatory towards him. i meant no intention of being rude. if you noticed i didn't blare it out. and i'm sorry i didn't know that he was japanese and did that. now who's the one being rude. assuming i knew something about this guy i don't know very well :P
It's not my place to assume or not to assume. A user's relevant disclaimers are either specific to the particular submission or journal, or they are in the profile. If a user can read them, they do. If a user cannot read them, they tend to disclaim that in their own profile. Either way, part of smooth user interaction depends on knowing what is disclaimed.
I tend to respond to comments sent to me. I'd actually forgotten about this until I saw the response notification.
