This is a writing exercise I decided to do, I was inspired by a recent conversation with an artist, and it got some inspiration flowing to write a shamanistic story. What I started to write and what it turned into, though, were at odds. I'm pleased with the final result, even though it does meander along. The bonus is that it's short.
So, enjoy the imagery stemming from my experiences of an area I grew up under, along with imagery, poetry, and transformation.
