Dreamwalkers eat nightmares to give you the sweetest dreams, and sustain ourselves in the process. Though some of us prefer the sweet dreams instead... But they shouldn't! It's our job to help chase away nightmares, especially ones brought on by unnatural means."
Alula is a dream lion, one of the few dreamwalkers that communicate with folk. Most keep to themselves, but she finds her work and life too lonely to stay away. She weaves her way in and out of nightmares and dreams and eats the bad stuff. They sustain themselves on these mind figments, and do some good in the process.
