Besides her hearing aid and eye, she also has a titanium-reinforced spinal column to help support her massive boobs. Her boobs, however, are all-natural (after what she did with her own genome, it was only natural that they'd grow so large).

Well, her eye is connected to her brain via a combination of her own optic nerves and artificial optical fibers; they connect at that "plug" in the back of her socket. She can still "see" without her eye, just not very well.
