This is Mamoru Kumazaki, by far the eldest of only three remaining green oni belonging to the Kumazaki Clan.

The green oni are the most violent and animalistic of the clan...if only because Mamoru and his late wife were banished from hell and given this behavior as a punishment. Though he doesn't seem like it, Mamoru isn't all that hostile.
