Ages ago (Nearly 2 years!) I made a yordle bard with the intent in mind to have my own fun yordle OC. It didn't occur to me back then just how Noxian the character was and how little effort I actually put into designing a thing for myself. SO! Behold...
Kinna, The Wandering Bard 2.0!
A more fantasy take on traditional bards with magical implications. Kinna herself got an update to be more friendly and jovial in appearance but not super show-y. Her Lute Axe was changed into a Lyre and Bow from an enchanted wood. The Lyre of Wood can shift and bend itself until it resembles the Branch Bow. While the Lyre can create music and stay tuned, the Bow has no arrows, instead having to play notes and draw the bow string for a magical arrow to appear ready to fire.
I certainly hope you all like her design, and there's likely to be more art of her in the future.

Good question! I'm actually on the side working out some ideas but I figured it'd focus on her unique weapon more than anything.
For the Lyre I imagined something like a passive. Something fun and whimsical.
For the Bow I felt like that should be the main focus, though alternatively she could be a 6 ability champ instead of a 3 and Ult, similar to Elise or Nidalee. Alternatively a kit like Lulu where it has 2 spells per ability (1 ally 1 enemy) and an ult could also be interesting, the musical ones for friends and the bow for enemies. Love that you're interested in that sorta thing!

Just a small idea, but a fun and whimsical Lyre passive? Maybe the more champs that are nearby when she's casting a spell, the more powerful said ability is? Like the bard gaining power from having people listen to their music. Or getting lower CDRs because she has to keep the crowd entertained!

Very true! I wasn't a fan of how much of a recolored Trist she looked like before, but now she's her own yordle and I love it!
As for the lyre bow, I agree its a better idea. The Lute Axe felt too literal and on the nose and when coupled with her already Noxian style outfit she felt less like a bard and more like a Pentakill Fan. Either way, she feels more fantasy bard now. ♥
