So after some inner debate, I decided to give two of my works, "Cherry" and "Nazis Should Never be Normal", their own fictional universe. Named after the hacktivist group (called re: Sonance) that Lawrence and Dwight lead in the latter short story, the Resonance universe is a present-day version of our world with anthropomorphic animals and prominent cities having their own names.

While modern and contemporary, the Resonance universe is a setting where politics, the criminal underworld and espionage are visible only through a lens of white-and-grey-and-black morality. Whether you're a hacker, a contract killer, a prostitute, politician or corporate spy, some rules or law need to be broken in order to succeed in your mission.

It has neo-noir themes, some homo-eroticism and most of the main characters are LGBTQA+ <3
