This is my new character Japser in his summer shorts (cuz I was too lazy to design him an actual cool outfit at the time lol) He is an Amiero :3 These guys are mainly messengers, but for some reason I thought of this when I went to doodle him :x idk I think it's cute lol he plans on fixing the world by telling everyone to be all lovey dovey idk. He's a fgt and he's in denial XD
