This is the Grocer of the Fairy Penguino Tribe. Grocer Fairy Penguino is a master fish preparer. Wears a striped apron with two ties, tied in the back and a special grocer hat signifying the symbol of the Fish Preparer, two fish besides each other looking left and right.
