Art from a few years back now, a baby killdeer. Back when I was first getting back into my love of nature, there were two killdeer living not far from me. I loved to go out and visit them as they ran around the edge of the lake. Due to this, I wanted to draw one really bad and so I did, and a babe at that because they are super cute!
I didn't have any textures programed into my drawing software so I used grain for the back markings, not exactly proud of it but for only beginning in my new art style I think its swell!
