So today has been my first attempt at really using "green stuff" and I gotta say sculpting at such a small scale definately gives me so much more respect for people who do this on the norm...
Anyway, One of the options for the Harlequins, in Warhammer 40k, is called a Troupe Master which has an upgrade making it "The Great Harlequin". I just cut the claw arms off of a Slaanesh Greater Demon (I think) called "The Masque" and tried to make a jester cap for her and then a face mask similar to the ones Shadowseers wear... Admittedly it's not the greatest sculpt, but as a first try with it I don't think it'll look bad once I paint it...
