yes by the way this shield is HUGE each side is bigger than most wall shields. i designed it for those really really big warriors who need to be able to guard large areas and attack without having to actually draw a weapon. there is a metal brace to connect each side to the wielders arms an when the users arms are brought in front of their chest the shields connect to form a massive wall that attacks can't get bye. above the braces there is a simple gear trigger to extend the blade which extend to full length at a speed that matches most expert sword draws pulling the trigger again retracts the blades almost as fast making this very versatile.
And NO i will not be doing the back side this was enough of a pain
