I think you're right! With the bandanna, guitar and Old West kind of outfit he's probably a cowboy.

XD He was originally a rancher/cowboy but now he's part of a gang in the prohibition era New Orleans (tho he is originally from Kansas)!

QoQ Ohh! This is perfect! The prohibition era was a really interesting time to be alive. I would not doubt that there were some rum runners in Kansas at that time. Whereabouts in Kansas did he live? If you have a story about him I can read it in a note or on your page.

I hope the police don't tap his socks. Grandpa told me of a story where the bus coming back from liberty (free time) had a Marine on it with booze hidden in his sock. He wanted to take the liquor on base of course. The MP noticed this and whacked the Marine's leg with a cane. The glass container for the booze broke and spilled the stuff on the guy's sock. Not sure what happened after that.

I don't have his story fully written yet for now I just have the timeline of events, once his story is done I'ma be posting it on my Toyhouse, he lived around Manhattan Kansas
