Conrad is Charz's second trainer, who has trained him and pushed him to break his limits. all the scars are from all the training sessions that they were in. The two large hands/wings were the result of Team Rocket trying to mutate him and cross his typing with another legendary.

Conrad is also the second legendary on my team and he acts like the big brother and responsible figure to Charz though he can be a little mischievous and humorous when a situation is tense or boring.
