Personality: One of the three bouncers of the "Belly of the Beast", pub owned by Caesar, Neron is simply a brute:
scurrilous, easily irritable, and always willing to take part in a good fistfight, the Chain Loach loves his work, as he can beat up people if they cause trouble, or even better, eat them to root out the problem. He enjoys a lot, having a big belly full of prey meat, and really loves the feeling of the fight for their lives of who he eats: he has a reserved room in the back of the pub for him to enjoy the aftermath of his work, who he's more than willing to do, both for give vent to his own instincts and to fill his gut.
