This was commissioned by Firr here on FA...

I know it's Boom the Otter, and...I'm unsure of the raccoons name xD

But it's the raccoon turning into Boom, and Boom turning into the raccoon...and another Boom controlling it all mad science like...I was confused myself doing this xD

I'm not sure if you can read the books, but they say things like:
"You and Their Brain"
"So you Screwed Up"
"Mad Science Ethics"
and
"e= You're smart"
