Not a lot of time to work on her, but do what I can to show some progress. The torso is probably the most complex part of her body. I will give it a somewhat clear glass look for the infected part to look like liquid later. The cloth part on the head will be finalized later with cloth setting to look as real as possible. the blue part you see now will probably be the base form the cloth will be shaped onto it.
