Today's the day to vote in the primaries! If your state is doing that and you're of age (18 but may be 17 in some places) find your nearest polling place and go vote! I find it pretty empowering myself. It's how you can have a voice. If you're not registered, the poll volunteers will help you set that up so you won't have to do it in November. Go vote! :)

(For those not aware, i'm blind. This is my guide dog. We voted together as always and she was a big hit at the polling station. :))
