Another OC that I had brewing in my head for a pretty long time. This is Wilhelmina Ashens, a volcanologist with a possessed hat that turns her into a powerful fire witch. She is more commonly known by her peers as Carbuncle, on the account of that huge stone sticking out of her forehead. No one knows much about her other than the fact that her hat is always seen on her head 24/7 and that her only interest is studying volcanoes.
