No stealing! If I DON'T say, "Anyone may use this as they wish." then my pictures(photos, art, videos, etc.) are ONLY for personal viewing/enjoyment(of course you may download a copy and/or fav it) on your computer and/or any place that is NOT on the internet(with the exception of faving).

First off, I don't like writing. But when I HAVE to, I try to write all that I think is necessary to help avoid the possibility of needing to write more. Hence forth why I said all that I said in that one post. And since I don't know you well enough, I couldn't help but wonder what your intentions were when you said, "Can I steal it?" If you said that when I knew MORE about you, then chances are I would have said, "Yes, just credit me for the photo" right on the spot. Plus, when it comes to people I don't know, I tend to be strict, straightforward, and not very open and playful as you might think. So please, until we know one another a little better, like actual friends, please try to get straight to the point when you what something from me. That way I wont misinterpret your intentions.

Sorry if I sounded like I was mad or angry with you (in my previous post), for I was not. I hope this post clears things up a bit.

About your FATpawedcast studio... and making those videos. Are you making money off of us? Are you using it for promotional videos to improve your demo reel for purposes to make money now or in the future? If so, are we getting screwed out of getting credit?

How does this work? With the things you do, and us not being able to get our pictures to post on our profile page when you are taking pictures of us without permission. I mean.... What are your plans and your intentions?

LOL Serious business is serious business. i hope people start coming here from now on, just to find their pictures, and keep them for their records. I know for a fact that if someone gets a picture of me, it is a picture of MY suit, so it is as much my photograph as it is theirs for snapping it. In a case like this, I would take it, and then report you for not giving credit to me as the suiter in your photo's description, along with posting a picture of my suit without my permission.

whoa silfur, first off. everything you said is pretty cut and dry correct. however you forgot one important detail. this picture is of a suiter who does not belong to you. at any time he can reserve the right for the pic to be taken down. so when he asked if he could "steal" this pic. you should know that he was using "play on words" and just wanted to use it. point bing for somone who takes pics of others and posts to there page, should know beter than to snap at the person who is in the photo. just an fyi for you.
