Yay It's Reno!

Haha well his element is Fire not Ice!
Most peole combine the color white with ice.
But I thought fire would match better to Reno cuz he's veeeery temperamental XD
I've tried to make him look like a ruler for example.
The fire was a bit difficult cuz I don't do it often.
