A high pitched beep told Kaedal that the tea was done brewing. Taking the faux-porcelain cup from its position in the nutri-synthesizer, the wolf walked back out onto the balcony where his boyfriend was sitting, watching the cars fly by. "Bit chilly tonight, ain't it?" Kaedal asked, smiling down at the gold and black wolf. "Don't you go catching a cold."
Reaching up, Brenn flicked Kae's wolf snozz, taking the tea from his handpaws as he leaned against him. "If I do, you just gotta take care of me, I guess."
The pair sat down together, both equally entranced by the sight of the neon city alive by night.
