Tumblr is still alive, yes, but I'm not going back. I disagree very strongly with their NSFW policy, and especially how it treats SFW content like LGBT things and fat people as NSFW, basically demoting those things to be nothing but kinks, when sexuality, gender identity, and body weight (among other issues) are just part of what makes people people and shouldn't be classified as NSFW and hidden.

If I'd wanted to go back to Tumblr, I would have done so already - I still have a lot of watchers there, so if I didn't disagree so strongly with what the site is doing, I'd definitely be spreading my art to that crowd. I appreciate the thought, but I'm fine where I am now, thank you <3
