A few weeks ago during a winter storm a crane tipped over and damaged the roof of Frankfurts Imperial cathedral of St. Bartholomews . I just now got to look at the damage, It doesn´t look that bad, good thing that the roof is quite sturdy (steel beams, the cathedral burned out in 1867 and in 1943/44, thats why they decided to use a sturdier material than wood for the roof, unlike Notre Dame de Paris).
