Brewery: Crispin
Name: Pacific Pear
Style: Pear Cider
Origin: California
Bottle: 12oz.
ABV: 4.5%
Appearance: A pale, bright, crisp, clear gold like a Tony Bennett album cover of New York City.
Pours: smoothly and easily with insufficient carbonation to really make any sort of head.
Smell: pears, honey, wildflowers, columbine, elder, and woodbine. This needs something bright, cheerful, and optimistic but played softly on light instruments; flutes and ukeleles.
Taste: Actually pretty close to how it smells.
Mouthfeel: lightly sweet like nectar, with optimistic and cheerful crispness
Rating: 9.0 This is simple goodness in a glass without any complexity of mood. It isn’t demanding I be in a good mood, it just simply has an infectious good mood. You can’t feel angsty, or dark and edgy with this one. This is Belldandy of ‘Oh My Goddess!’ in a Cottagecore setting. However if you’re wanting something to crush with the boys after the game, this might be too contrastingly sweet and floral for such a mood.
Okay yes, I rated it that high because I’m more often wanting the cottagecore and not so much the ‘Scottish Soccer Hooligan’.
Now, I’m done with my review and if you don’t mind I want to get back to relaxation and giggling to myself simply because I feel good

Sounds like an interesting cider, maybe a little too light for my preferences, but you never know.
