That water looks fantastic. I also really like the mountains. :3c
My only real crit is that I wish the Pichu didn't have any outlines. It just looks a little out of place when he's the only thing that has them, y'know? Well, okay, the ukulele has them, too, but you get the point.
Anywho, this looks like one of those, "Wish you were here!" postcards from old cartoons and stuff. Nice job.
