Hasshaku-sama (aka Eight Feet Tall) is the subject of a somewhat recent urban legend, which tells a story of an eight foot tall ghostly woman that stalks and preys on children. Though this exceptionally tall lady doesn't seem to have any malicious intent, maybe it's just an urban legend after all...

kinda instinctievly searched "eight feet tall" to see how long that is. minor mistake.

and for the record, it's 2.4384 meters. damn thats tall.
