Brilliant!! The blue lines are so soft and go so well with the watercolors. Are those large larger "drops" of texture from the isopropyl? I've never seen that before, its so subtle and lovely.. and the character design itself.. WOW soooo beautiful!! So creative and intricate, my gosh your art is amazing XD
Yes, the bubble thingies are from the isopropyl, very fun stuff to use, but if you use it too close to the details you want to keep clean, it can bleed. I use 70%, I've never compared different strengths, but I imagine weaker isopropyl might not have as strong of an effect.
