i know that. Its light from the moon reflecting off the main camera part and is shon onto the glass that protects the picture taking part of the camera

ah ok, that is what I was guessing, but wasn't sure.

Light being reflected off of the camera sensor, then reflected once more off of the filter attached to the front of the lens, in more somewhat technical terms. X3 (A.K.A. 'ghosting') You can tell that this pic was cropped, as well, because of this, since ghosting will always show in the exact opposite area of the frame as the original light source, i.e. a bright light at the bottom-right corner of the frame will have a ghost at the top-left corner of the frame.
