Much like my previous page here, this one is a combination for all the editions.

Here are the rules for an All-Star Card.

1): It must be used with poke'mon from two different regions at least.

2): You can only add badges for the poke'mon who have been from that region.

3): If you have two duplicate poke'mon in two different regions, you can only add one.

4): If you have a beginner poke'mon to use from all your versions, pick one at least.
