*Giggles* You know I'm no fan of diapers, but aside from that, this is really good ^^. The shading could use a bit of smoothing, since right now it's jagged lines and doesn't look very straight in some places (like the legs for example), and the actual lineart is sort of jagged as well...but I actually kinda like that in the lineart =D.
