I don't know why but I have this thing where when I write villians, I gravitate to "large hulking man who has power over others", not sure if I'm being subversive but I also like to make them incredibly smart, whether they be cunning, tenacious, thoughtful, strategic, passionate or just downright vile, usually a combination and here is the second attempt at that.

To put it shortly he is a character that manages to capture Busty during the "cannibal monster" arc and uses her for genetic experiments, since he knew that was gonna take a considerable amount of time to research and develop technology for that procedure he also had a sub division of scientists figure out a way to supplant his mind into a computer and then transfer that to a machine body, well during Busty's 300 year nap he succeeds in both matters and in that time each new body became bigger, taller, heavier, stronger, faster and with vast improvements over the previous model. He calls himself G.O.D.D. (haven't figured out the acronym yet), the most notable trait with this form is that he has designed sensors in the machinery to give him the sense of touch, whether it be cold or warmth, pleasure or pain. As he puts it "Being immortal doesn't have to boring now..."
