It seems as though Kotaro's really getting into training up before his new siblings are born, so dear ol' Daddy Kentaro's decided that he needs to do it proper. He was able to get him a child size gi, with a white belt that shows that he's just beginning. Kentaro can't take him through the heavy stuff right now, but at least he can teach him to control his strength. Though, right now he's just showing off his new gi for his friends.
