I can't really give any advice on shading since that's something that I myself fail at.

Propotions are generaly good, though the feet seem a bit small compared to the rest of the body and the neck is perhaps too short (which makes him look hunched over).

This is just personal opinion on my part, but you might try giving him a bit more 'bumpyness' over and behind his eye to simulate the eye ridges 'gators and 'crocs have.

He looks splendid. I hope to see more of him.

I'm doing my best to color, though I don't have any computer software to help me with that. So, I do my coloring the old fashioned way. I hope that will change soon. I can't wait to see your next Antonio. I'm desirous of him, carnally.
