Hm, a Raichu Chick This time? Well yeah, I was thinking of some rivals for Vena and I came up with this gal here, though she may just end being a rival to some other PCA gals I have in my arsenal of PCA characters (like Valary for instance.) At first I was supposed to make her kinda of an arrogant rival, but then her design grew on to me and decided to make her super hot-blooded as hell. XD

Personality: Very Hot-Blooded, Wild, Sarcastic, Honest, Frank, Anxious, Acts before thinking, A bit Honorable, a bit of a Rough person but she means well, generous at times, very Energetic, Tomboyish

Likes: Fighting in the Arena, Kumite (Sparring in Japanese), Eating after a battle (Think of her like Son Goku from DBZ),

Dislikes: Arrogant Fighters who bark more than they bite, Smokers, Evil People, Fermented Beans, Bitter Foods

Background (Shortened down due to laziness): Her Family line practices their family art of Dengenken-Ryuu Kenpo Karate (Electrical Earth Fist Style Kenpo Karate) Celine was always interested in fighting, no matter how much her mother tried to get her to be more feminine-like. Celine wasn't interested in dolls, make-up, Fashion, and guys, she was interested in the excitement of fighting, of one warrior fighting to their limits. Though she have a great figure and a cute face, many boys don't really try to approach her due to her being too warrior-like and that Celine also have seemed to throw herself into trouble when she goes to defend friends from gangs, bullies and bad people, and nobody wants to be near someone like that. She also get scoldings from her parents for doing this, only concern for her well-being and trying to not cause trouble for her family. She only felt what was the right thing to do at the time.
Her Family felt that if she wanted to continue doing her Loose-Cannon acts then she'll have to do that in the Pokemon Combat Academy. She gladly accepted to go there, knowing that there are many opponents that may be as strong as her and even way stronger. (Yeah, This is rushed, so I guess that I'll explain more about her later on, just wanted to show her to you guys.)

Combat:
Celine tends to fight more close-combat and using her martial arts than relying on her electrical attacks. She won't, however, hesitate to use it if she is pushed to her limit.

Extra facts:

-The quickest way to get her to be your friend is food. Watch out, She's got a big appetite.

-She tends to shout out battle cries when she fights, showing off that hot-blooded-ness.
