Last time i tested with a pencil tool, it didnt turn out good. Then i thought of pixel art, Seemed like a good idea, tell me what you think of it.

I was noticing the same thing. It looks like it was stretched out.
And really, 'smaller pixels' isn't quite the right term. :3 Pixel art goes pixel by pixel, or one little dot at a time.
Instead of trying to make squares, just use the pencil in Paint, it works very well for pixel art.
Otherwise it looks like a good start. :3 I personally don't have the patience to work one pixel at a time.
