Most vocal bird
Its warm out locally , a really nice day. And Claude the deer raided my bird feeder of seed last night. I was rudely reminded to refill the feeder by a very vocal small bird, the Black Capped Chickadee. This tiny bird is a steady sight in my area, always hitting the feeder, always loudly demanding tribute of seed if I'm late getting seed into the feeder. Frequently perches within 3 feet of me as I fill the feeder, calling out loud.
Plus I witnessed this tiny bird actually killing a mouse that was munching spilled seed at the base of the feeder last year. YOU DON'T FUCK WITH TINY TIT BIRBS!!!
Plus I wanted to get some simple art drawn up as I test my injured shoulder. And wanted to feature
BlueNire cause for some odd reason I could see this actually happening to her. Plus I rudely ignored her lately! NEVER UPSET THE NIRE!!!

I had a similar experience with a Scrub Jay when I was living in the SF East Bay area... When I was prepping my garden I would throw the grubs to one side and he would try to cram every grub into his mouth before flying off and returning for more. He got to be so bold with me, that he actually tried to fly off with a fried egg from by breakfast one day.
I used to get Mockingbirds follow me when mowing the lawn in Texas. Mower was a mulching type and Grasshoppers, etc would be lightly chewed up by the blade. The Mockingbirds learned the sound of that machine and would follow right behind me to get the goodies. I swear those birds would fuss at me to mow the lawn if I was standing in the yard. Makes you wonder how smart the Theropod dinos were.
Once had one fly into my deer blind. It landed on my hat. Soon, it was perched on the bridge of my shooting glasses. It's fuzzy little body against my forehead!
Another year, and some miles away, I was set upon by another as a deer napped 10 feet away. The little bugger called into my right ear! Made me chuckle and the deer woke up only to go back to sleep.

My sister had a pet Stellar's Jay for years. A feral cat attacked the nest, and she rescued the one surviving chick since the parents failed to return. She named it Annada and was a fantastic pet and rather friendly.
I miss having Lockheed the Crow. He was a top notch pet.

I miss Burri - parakeet I was taking care of for my stepmom from 2008 to 2017. He was about 5 when we got him and his sibling Hanzi from the local animal shelter. She had to separate the birds after a while and I ended up with Burri. Was quite the singer - had a recording of wild parakeets that I would play for him when I was at work. After a while he was doing perfect imittation of those calsl.
As for Corvids, I've been watching this pair of Ravens https://www.furaffinity.net/view/35018410/ at work for almost 5 years now. They found a nice roost under the cover for the employee break area - kinda pooping up the place right now.

CHICKADEES ARE SERIOUSLY IN MY TOP 5 BIRBS. They sure are vicious little boogers tho', ain't they?! I luv 'em anyways. This just is amazing and a real treat in so many, many ways.
Would it be alright to repost in my gallery? I'll of course give the full round of credits and a link back to you! More folks just have to see this!
