Since these are "Concept WIPS", Might I say I think there needs to be some work done on the canine guy. It could just be the angle but his muzzle seems a little bit tall to me. On the other hand I'm no artist and that's just my opinion :)
The Feline I assume is a Lynx - he looks good! Maybe needs a larger lower half or a smaller upper one but if your design was to make him this way, then don't worry about it :D
