Dr. Nancy Drecker was born in the lonely seaside town of Mickey Port, Maine to a family of pawnbrokers. Being the youngest in a family of seven kids, she always felt smaller than everyone else and would spend her time alone, either playing with rocks on the shore, or taking apart pawned TVs and microwave ovens to see how they worked. Inspired by watching ants work together to take down a massive spider she followed behind her father's pawn shop, she went to college and later to England to study nanotechnology and cybernetics at the Valancia Center for Research and Development.

Nancy was a character I doodled alongside Marie, along with a bunch of other nameless minions. I don't know why, but I just really love her 60's hairdo. Ever since I saw it on Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors, it just kinda stuck with me.
