I really love spooky things, not scary just... creepy. I want to draw more things that aren't cute. Gotta expand my horizons!
I took to the new grass/ghost critters Phantump & Pumpkaboo rather quickly when I started playing Moon version in late 2016, my first 3D handheld Pokemon game. (not including Pokemon GO) I named the Phantump I raised 'Kodama-San' after the type of forest spirit she's based off of. With help from a friend, I evolved her into a Trevenant to fill my Pok'eDex. Kodamas are Japanese forest spirits, often taking on the forms of trees and rocks. The Studio Ghibli film 'Princess Mononoke' feature great examples of Kodama spirits if you're curious for more.
