This Bolo is made from a very special piece of Red River Jasper which was carved int o the shape of a very pretty heart shape.
From what i can tell about this form of jasper is closest to the red variety known to enhance ones endurance and stamina or can be used to increase ones chi flow and root a stronger connection to the earth.
its earth bound characteristics have been known to bear a stable energy pattern which can help one stabilize their own energies simply by wearing or keeping around. what better than as a bolo tie when traverse the wild frontier <chuckles)

the key for a lot of my wire works is trying to find a creative and eye alluring form the wire to take that not only fits the stone, but also flows with its natural beauty,
I have to admit it can be difficult at times to form the wire just the way you want it only for it to not look as good as you hoped, and re straightening wire is a lot more difficult when its already bound.
my best advice, as a novice, is your going to have to learn to accept that the wire wont always work for you, and that sometimes, you will have to take the whole work apart and start over fresh if you want to keep that same symmetry.
